Merger of the FTF Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Fund and the FTF Martin Currie Emerging Markets Fund into the FTF Templeton Global Emerging Markets Fund

Dear client

Following the extraordinary general meetings (“EGMs”) of shareholders in the FTF Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Fund and the FTF Martin Currie Emerging Markets Funds on Friday 28th February 2025 we can confirm that we have received shareholder approval to merge the FTF Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Fund and the FTF Martin Currie Emerging Markets Fund into the FTF Templeton Global Emerging Markets Fund.

The mergers will be effective as of 12.01 pm on Friday 14th March (the “merger effective date”).

Please see attached the merger circulars for these funds.

Please be advised there are currently no shareholders on the platform.
