Emerging Markets Local Currency Debt Fund - Merger

Dear client

We have been notified that the Emerging Markets Local Currency Debt Fund will be merging into the Emerging Markets Blended Debt Fund.

If the mergers get approved at the Investor Meeting, which will be held on the 11 September 2025, the merger will become effective on the 10 October 2025.
