Power of Attorney (PoA)- What is needed?

A certified PoA is acceptable,  and this can be uploaded into the Portal- into the investor documents area:

 using the blue upload button: 

And selecting the Category "Miscellaneous Document".



We require the full document in order to action this request- this includes address details/contact numbers or email addresses. We do not require supporting identification documents.


You would normally key in the PoA information in when opening the wrapper.  Tick the box next to "Power of Attorney Required" and this will then present a page in the application journey where you can input the relevant details- see screengrab below of Step 7 of 10:

 



You can add more than one Power of Attorney if appropriate- see "Add another Person" in the bottom right of this step.



If you are not able to do this, and need to add the detail later, then we will need a Freshdesk ticket.  Once received we action in the back office and confirm on the ticket when completed. Please avoid this manual intervention wherever possible.
