JISA turning 18- what is the process?

Please raise a Freshdesk ticket with the following information:

NI number
Email address
Bank sort code and account number (new nominated bank account)

We will then change the JISA to an ISA and let you know when done.

We would also cancel any DDs into the JISA.

Once the account is converted, the IFA can set up a new DD if applicable- from the nominated bank account.

We do have a notification which goes out to you when a JISA is coming up to the 18th birthday with no NINO present. We are thinking that we should change this notification to be more useful, and enable the notification to be sent whether a NINO is present or not. This is under consideration for future development.
