Artemis Positive Future Fund – Closure

Modified on Mon, 11 Aug at 1:36 PM

We have been notified that the Artemis Fund Managers Limited has announced the closure of the Artemis Positive Future Fund (the “Fund”), with effect from 5 September 2025.

This closure does not require shareholder approval, and is due to the Fund’s continued underperformance and low asset size (£5.49 million AUM as at 30 June 2025), making it commercially unviable.

Investor Options:

  1. Redeem Your Shares
    • You may redeem your holding free of charge up to 12:00 noon (UK time) on 5 September 2025.
    • Proceeds will be paid within four business days of the Effective Date.
    • Please note this may constitute a disposal for tax purposes.
  2. Switch to Another Artemis Fund
    • You may switch into another Artemis UK-domiciled fund without charge.
    • Switch instructions must also be received by 12:00 noon on 5 September 2025.
    • This may also be treated as a disposal and have tax implications.
  3. Take No Action
    • If you do nothing, your shares will be automatically redeemed at the deadline and proceeds paid to your registered bank account (or via cheque if not available).
