Schroder Digital infrastructure fund - Closure

Dear client

We have been notified that the Schroders has announced the closure of the Schroder Digital infrastructure fund, with effect from 3 September 2025.

This closure does not require shareholder approval, and is due to the Fund’s continued underperformance and low asset size (£12.4 million AUM), making it commercially unsustainable.

Investor Options: 

1. Switch to another Schroders fund (free of charge, but with possible dilution adjustment). Switch requests must be submitted by 12 noon, 27 August 2025.
2. Redeem units before 12 noon, 27 August 2025 for payout at the next valuation point. Units not redeemed by then will be redeemed during the winding-up process.
