M&G Securities - Fees changes

Dear client

We have been notified that the M&G Annual Charge report reflects the Tiering Discount to be applied to the respective funds as of the effective date, 8 July 2025.

There are changes from the previous quarter, which are highlighted in the Comparison column of the report. Please note the following funds with updates:

M&G Global High Yield Bond Fund (HYCB)
M&G Japan Fund (JAP)

There are no holdings on the platform.
