ARC TIME Commercial Long Income PAIF (“the Fund”) and ARC TIME Commercial Long Income Feeder Trust (“the Feeder Trust”)

Dear client

We have been notified that the ARC TIME Commercial Long Income PAIF Fund will be renamed “ARC TIME Property Income PAIF” as of the Effective Date 1st April 2025, to better describe its primary strategy. The Feeder Fund will be renamed “ARC TIME Property Income Feeder Trust”.

This change is subject to approval at the shareholders meeting to be held at 11 a.m. on Friday
14 March 2025.
