ARC TIME Social Long Income PAIF - Name change notification

Dear client

We have been notified that the ARC TIME Social Long Income PAIF and its associated Feeder Trust have changed their names effective immediately. 

The name of the Fund has changed to ARC TIME Social Impact Property Fund and its dedicated Feeder Trust has changed its name to ARC TIME Social Impact Property Feeder Trust.

Please see attached the notification received and a list of the ISINs impacted.
