Merger notification of the Jupiter UK Smaller Companies Equity Fund

Dear client

We have been advised that the Jupiter UK Smaller Companies Equity Fund will be merged into the Jupiter UK Smaller Companies Fund, effective 13 December 2024. 

The merger has to be approved at a shareholders meeting on 26 November 2024. If the merger is approved, it will be effective on the date advised. If the merger is not approved, it will not take place. 

Please see attached notification received for your information. 

There are currently no shareholders in this fund on the platform.
