TM Natixis Mirova Global Sustainable Equity Fund - Merger notification

Dear client

Please be advised of the proposal to merge the TM Natixis Mirova Global Sustainable Equity Fund, a sub-fund of TM Natixis Investment Funds U.K. ICVC with Mirova Global Sustainable Equity, a sub-fund of Mirova Funds. 

In the attached document the FM set out their reasons for proposing the merger and explain why they believe it to be in the best interests of shareholders. 

For the merger to happen, it needs to be approved at a shareholders meeting to be held at 10:00am on 20 November 2024. If this it not approved, the merger will not happen. 

If approved, the merger will be effective on 29 November 2024.
