Trojan Global Equity Fund - Fund Merger notification

Dear client

We have been notified of a proposal to merge the Trojan Global Equity Fund, a sub-fund of Trojan Investment Funds (the “Merging Fund”) with the Trojan Global Equity Fund (Ireland), a sub-fund of Trojan Funds (Ireland) plc (the “Receiving Fund”).

The proposal cannot proceed unless it is first approved by an Extraordinary Resolution of shareholders passed at a shareholder meeting, to be held at 2.00pm on 29 October 2024. 

If the merger is approved, it will be effective on 13 December 2024.
