Sanlam Credit Fund - Fund merger notification

We have been notified of the proposal to merge Sanlam Credit Fund (the "Merging Fund") with the Sanlam International Credit Fund (the "Receiving Fund"), a sub-fund of MLC Global Multi Strategy UCITS Fund plc (the "Receiving Company"). The FCA rules require that unitholder approval is obtained at an extraordinary general meeting (the “Meeting”) prior to the implementation of this Merger.
