Notice to Investors - Federated Hermes Multi-Strategy Credit Fund - Fund Merger

Dear Client,

We have been notified of the upcoming fund merger of the Federated Hermes Multi-Strategy Credit Fund with the Federated Hermes Unconstrained Credit Fund (the “Receiving Fund”) 

The fund merger has been approved at the AGM and the FM are aiming for the changes to take effect on 23 May 2024.  

Shareholders of the Merging Fund on the Effective Date will receive shares of the corresponding Class of Shares in the Receiving Fund (the “New Shares”). For shareholders of the Merging Fund, the total value of New Shares which they will receive will correspond to the total value of their shares in the Merging Fund.
