Fee change notification - Class A Distributing Shares of Lindsell Train Global Equity Fund

Good afternoon 

As a consequence of the UK FCA’s Consumer Duty, Lindsell Train Limited as global distributor

and the Company as manufacturer of products which are marketed to UK retail investors, have

considered the “price and value” of those products, and the associated impact on the

outcomes delivered to investors.

Following such consideration, with effect from the Effective Date of 31/05/2024, the AMC of the Share Class will be reduced from 1.10% to 0.60% per annum of the net asset value of the Share Class. This reduction in the AMC will apply to all shareholders of the Share Class, regardless of domicile.

To confirm, these changes will only impact the following Share Class of the Lindsell Train
