We are delighted to provide you with an update on the newest version of The Knowledge Base which will be available for your use from tomorrow, 5th September 2023.
You will notice some formatting and design enhancements have been made with the aim to improve your experience when using this tool. Changes include navigating articles more simply and subsequently making these articles easier to understand.

We have referred previously to the potential of adding training material to the Portal in a video format. I am pleased to inform you that the first video covering the “Ringfencing and Raise”process has been created and will be available to view shortly
These two enhancements are just the beginning of new ideas on how we are looking to improve your overall experience with SS&C Hubwise and we encourage you to provide feedback on how this is working for you via the Feedback button.
