Changes to how you contact us – 12/04/2024

Dear client,

SS&C Hubwise strives to deliver exceptional client service and as such we continue to enhance our service model to make it easier for you to contact us and to ensure timely resolution of any enquiries.


To this point, we wanted to draw your attention to an update and enhancement of our ‘Contact Us’ functionality which is also covered in the ‘Contact us’ page on Knowledge Base.  


Our preferred contact method remains by Freshdesk ticket so if you have access to the ticketing system, please use this or alternatively you can use our recently launched phone line.


If you don’t have access, are a Hubwise Connect firm, or a retail client who does not have a financial advisor, please contact us via email on hw-services@sscinc.com or call us on 0845 783 5500 (or locally on 0203 975 7428). Our phone line is open Monday – Friday 9-5pm.

The Knowledge Base contains a host of informative guides and process documents to assist you with queries. We have recently updated our contact details page in The Knowledge Base which can be located here.
