Dear Client,
As you may be aware, last week we delivered the ability to conduct a transfer of cash from a GIA to an ISA. We are pleased to see that this functionality is being used and working as intended for previously established ISA accounts.
Where an internal transfer from a GIA is being entered as part of the application for a new ISA we have seen instances of the screen failing to load and we are therefore delivering a new release this evening (24 Mar) that will fix this. In addition, we will also enable the display of the internal transfer on the respective sender and recipient account display pages.
If it is imperative to submit an ISA application today, before this release, please define the contribution as a lump sum payment - this will then generate an account. You then need to then make an additional contribution as an internal transfer and raise a Freshdesk ticket to request for the lump sum payment to be archived.
We apologise for the need to make this change and we are rectifying as soon as possible to avoid business impact.
Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account or by email at [email protected].
Kind regards
Douglas Boyce
Managing Director
