Update Status - Trading Suspended- (stops trading / buys and sells / stops a rebalance)

You may wish to stop trading on a particular Wrapper/Account. You can instruct this yourself in the Front End Portal.

Examples may be:

A in specie / re-registration Transfer where you do not want to rebalance

Any other requirement for the in-coming stock to stay as it is- undisturbed

A preference for in-coming cash to stay in cash and not get invested into the Model or Investment strategy.

1) Change the status of the account from "Active" to "Trading Suspended".

To do this you go into the "All Account Actions" (double cog icon) in the Investors wrapper:

From the Drop Down menu select "Update Status" :

The Account will have a Current Status of "Active":

Select "Trading Suspended" from the Drop Down menu and click "Update Status":

The Wrapper/Account with then display:

And no buys or sells can take place on this Wrapper until you "Update Status" back to "Active".

When you are ready to invest "Update Status" back to "Active" AND

instruct "Invest Surplus Cash" which is found in the "Portfolio Switch / Rebalance function:
