Dear Client,


As part of our continuous improvement programme our end February web release will be deployed to live this forthcoming weekend (27-28 February).  The content of which is noted below. 


New Features 


Illustrations for third party products.  In response to partner requests we have enabled illustrations for all third party products.  Please be aware that the costs associated with these third parties are not retained within the platform, as a result there is a caveat that additional charges may apply.  


Illustration and tax relief.  We have updated the tax relief calculation for illustrations so that it changes depending on the option chosen for the tax relief question and the different limit caps that apply. 


Amendment form. When making an account amendment that includes new contributions, we now include the electronic payment details in the amendment form.


Enhancements


Removal of Charges. We have corrected an anomaly that was causing charge removal actions to fail at the final step in the Adviser Portal.  We have also corrected a small point that was causing accounts with existing open phased charges to have it removed, if another charge amendment was performed.


Transfer Authority Form. We have updated the process so that  CAD accounts with transfers/re-registrations added will use the underlying investor’s details on the transfer authority form, as opposed to those of the CAD.


Date for Withdrawals.  We have changed the date used in the background for regular withdrawals (the user still only selects a month) from the 25th to the 28th and also fixed a minor point that was causing the set date to be overridden by certain actions.


CGT Application Display.  We have updated the Web report’s calculation for unrealised gains/losses to ensure that it correctly takes the displayed current market value less the base cost value.
