Hubwise Platform Terms and Conditions w.e.f. 1st December 2020

Dear Client,

As part of our annual review process, we have completed a full review of our Platform Terms and Conditions and the revised document is attached. As we did last year, we have prepared a summary document highlighting the key changes that have been made, however the full Terms and Conditions should be reviewed in their entirety.

 

These Terms and Conditions will come into effect from 1st December 2020.

 

Please ensure the revised document is distributed internally within your company, including to any compliance and legal teams as appropriate, and provided to investors immediately to allow for the full 30 day notice period.  For those firms who have previously received a branded document, these will be issued in a separate email by 6 November 2020.
