As part of our annual review process, we have completed a full review of our Platform Terms and Conditions and the revised document is attached. We have prepared a summary document highlighting the key changes that have been made, however the full Terms and Conditions should be reviewed in their entirety.

 

These Terms and Conditions will come into effect from 1st January 2021.

 

Please ensure the revised document is distributed internally within your company, including to any compliance and legal teams as appropriate, and provided to investors as appropriate.
