DFM Model sharing / linking template

When requesting that Hubwise share your model with IFA firms,  please use the below template when submitting the ticket request:

Model Owner ID: This is your seven-character environment ID e.g. DFM0001 OR if unknown state your DFM name

Model ID: The eleven character ID (found in the Model Maintenance screen) e.g. HW000000664 OR- confirm that ALL models should be linked

Customer ID: List the seven-character environment ID of the IFA Firm you wish to share link your models with (OR If unknown,  confirm the IFA firm name and FCA number)

Revision Date: Include the specific model date you wish to share or use 0 to share all revisions which are not set to hidden

Charge Code: Detail the rate required and whether it includes VAT or not, or if VAT is not applicable
