If an error occurs you may ask- via a Freshdesk ticket- for Hubwise to undertake a Profit and Loss (P&L) calculation.
If we undertake a P&L calculation and the client has lost out we will correct and reimburse, however, if the client has been advantaged, we will put the client back to their rightful position and this will involve us removing any gains.
This approach consistently ensures that we are placing the customer back into the position they should have been in, had the error not occurred. This satisfies TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) and is standard business practice.
