Kepler Liquid Strategies ICAV - Name change

Dear client

We have been notified that amendments are proposed to be made to the name of the Kepler Liquid Strategies ICAV funds. These proposed changes are subject to the approval of, and any conditions imposed by, the Central Bank of Ireland. The Prospectus and Supplements will be updated accordingly once approved. The amendments are expected to take effect on 20 August 2025, or on such other date as the revised documents are approved by the Central Bank (the “Effective Date”).
