L&G E Fund MSCI China A UCITS ETF PLC - Compulsory Redemption

We have been notified to implement the decision of the Directors to close and wind-up the L&G E Fund MSCI China A UCITS ETF PLC, in accordance with the Constitution and Prospectus of the Company. This decision follows persistently low assets under management (AUM) and investor preference for other products.

 

The Sub-Fund will be permanently removed from the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Milan, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and the FCA Official List, effective 9 September 2025. The final trading date will be 26 August 2025, and the final dealing date for Authorised Participants is 27 August 2025. Remaining shares will be compulsorily redeemed on 3 September 2025, with settlement expected on or around 10 September 2025.
