Man European Mid-Cap Equity Alternative - Closure

Dear clients,

We have been notified that the Man European Mid-Cap Equity Alternative Fund will be closed due to its Net Asset Value falling below USD 50 million. The Fund will be terminated, and all shares will be redeemed on 11 August 2025. Shareholders may redeem or re-invest their holdings in other eligible Man Funds prior to the closure date.
