Fidelity Funds – Japan Value Fund - Fund Merger

Dear client

 We have been notified that the Fidelity Funds has decided to merge the A-JPY share class of the Sub-Fund into a new A2-JPY share class of the Sub-Fund. The merger will become effective on 19 May 2025.

Merging Share Class ISIN - LU0161332480 into LU2908689552. 

Shareholders will receive approximately 10 shares for each share currently held and the precise multiple will depend on the net asset value of the class on the Valuation day before the Effective Date.
