We have been notified that the Company's name will change from ABRDN ASIAN INCOME FUND LIMITED to Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Limited, with effect from 1 June 2025.

A resolution to this effect will be proposed at the AGM. The AGM will be held on 8 May 2025.

Please be advised there are currently no shareholders in this fund on the platform.
