We have notified that the Close Asset Management (UK) Ltd will be rebranded as TrinityBridge Fund Management Ltd, with effective from 28 April 2025.
The new "TrinityBridge" brand reflects the values of the business.
Close Brothers Group Plc has agreed to sell its wealth management business, Close Asset Management and Close Asset Management (UK), to Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. We are informing about the new ownership and changes to the company and fund names.
