We are writing to inform you that, as stipulated in the last prospectus dated 2024 and as further notified in the corresponding notice, we have added two new types of share class to the available share classes of the fund: ‘‘C’’ class, available to all investors and ‘‘E’’ class, available to institutional investors only.

These new share classes offer a potentially lower maximum applied management fee than you currently pay for your existing investment. Please refer to the current prospectus version for further details and conditions, including the transfer of shares from other classes.

Please note, you are receiving this notice as a registered shareholder in I or Q class shares of the above-named fund.
