Invesco Asian Equity Income Fund (UK) - Notice of closure

Dear client

We have been notified that the Invesco Asian Equity Income Fund (UK) will be terminated effective 14 February 2025. 

If shareholders wish to sell their investment, or switch into another Invesco ICVC fund, you can send your instructions any time, but Invesco must receive them no later than noon on 31 January 2025.

Please note as an existing investor in the Fund, shareholders can continue to invest in the share class of the Fund in which they are invested up to noon on 31 January 2025. However, with effect from noon on 15 November 2024, shareholders can no longer invest in a share class of the Fund which they do not already have shares in. For example, if they are invested in Accumulation Shares (No Trail), they cannot switch into Income Shares (No Trail) unless they already have a holding in Income Shares (No Trail).

Please be advised there are currently no shareholders in this fund on the platform.
