Termination of the FTGF Western Asset Macro Opportunities Bond Fund

Dear client

We would like to inform you in accordance with the terms of the Constitution of the Company, and following a recommendation from the Manager, the Directors have determined that it is in the best interest of the Shareholders of the Fund to terminate the Fund, and to compulsorily redeem all remaining Shares of the Fund, with effect from 29 October, 2024 (the “Compulsory Redemption Date”).

The Fund will be closed to further subscriptions as from the date of this notice.

Please be advised that there are no shareholders in this fund on the platform.
