Please be advised that BNY Mellon are proposing two separate mergers:
- BNY Mellon US Opportunities Fund into BNY Mellon US Equity Income Fund
- BNY Mellon 50/50 Global Equity Fund into BNY Mellon Global Equity Fund
The mergers will be put to shareholders for approval at a meeting to be held on 21st August 2024.
If the mergers are approved, the effective date of these mergers will be 7th of September 2024.
Please see attached the original notifications received for these mergers, alongside a list of the merging ISINs and the host ISINs.
Please be aware that, as of the date of this notification, there are no shareholders in any of these merging funds on the platform.
