Man GLG Strategic Bond Fund - Fund merger notification

Good morning 

We have been notified that the Man GLG Strategic Bond Fund (the merging fund) will be merged with the Man GLG Sterling Corporate Bond Fund (the receiving fund), effective 9th September 2024. 

In order for the proposed Scheme of Arrangement to be implemented, an Extraordinary Resolution must be passed at a Meeting of Shareholders. The Extraordinary General Meeting

will take place at 12 p.m. noon on 12 August 2024.

Unless the Extraordinary Resolution is approved, the Scheme will not be implemented and the Merger will not take place.
