We have been notified of a conversion of Invesco Funds - Y share classes. As part of a broader aim to simplify their share class offering, they will look to retire the Y share class in Q2 2024. At that time, existing holders of the Y share class will have their holdings converted into the Z share class equivalents. From noon on the 29th April 2024 you will no longer be able to purchase Y share classes for any of the funds. From that date onwards, you will need to instruct any new purchases into the equivalent Z share class instead.
From noon 2nd May 2024, redemptions of existing holdings in the Y share class, and stock transfers relating to that share class, will no longer be available. On 3rd May 2024, all remaining shareholdings in the Y share class will be automatically converted into the equivalent Z share class.
