Dear client,
We have been notified of the intention to change the name of the “RobecoSAM” Sub-funds
to “Robeco” to reflect the removal of the “SAM” label, ensuring coherency across the Sub-fund
range.
The name changes will become effective as from 27 May 2024.
In addition to the above there will be changes to the names of the following funds as well:
The Sub-fund Robeco Sustainable Asian Bonds will be renamed to Robeco Transition Asian Bonds.
The Sub-fund Robeco Sustainable Emerging Credits will be renamed to Robeco Transition Emerging Credits.
The Sub-fund Robeco MegaTrends will be renamed to Robeco Global Multi-Thematic. There will also be changes to the management fees of the Robeco MegaTrends fund as per attached notification.
