Customer Service update 10 November

Good morning,


We wanted to update you in relation to the expansion of the contact team into our Basildon location.

 
The project remains on track with the live date of 21 November, however as part of the project Basildon team members are already online and answering tickets under supervision.


You may have already noticed new names appearing in the responses, so we were keen to ensure you understood what was happening.
