I am pleased to advise that we have made some amendments and enhancements to the Transfer Management Information (MI) that you already receive.
The main changes to this MI are:
1. Reports are now only distributed once a week. These will be populated and issued on a Sunday evening, so you will have them available from first thing Monday morning.
2. Reports now include all product types (previously this was just GIA & Hubwise ISA (HIS)
3. MI will now show at two levels: at the Transfer level and also at the individual Asset level.
Otherwise, the new MI will look very similar to what you are used to, just with the addition of some new value columns, as listed here:
Estimated Value |
Value input by IFA. |
Ceding Value |
Value from the ATG Info Request or Asset Valuation. |
Transfer Value to Date |
Value of assets received so far using prices on transfer date. |
Remaining Value |
Value based on last night’s prices. |
Age (Days) |
Age, in days, of transfer based on the Date Initiated |
The report also contains some new MI Event Dates. These should illustrate key points on the transfer lifecycle:
Started On |
Date the transfer processing was started by Hubwise, either on ATG or as a manual process. |
Sent to Ceding |
Date the request was sent to the Ceding Party |
First Asset Loaded |
Date first assets loaded onto Hubwise. |
Rejected |
Date any transfers got rejected (if applicable). |
Ceding Chased |
Date Ceding Party last chased, if the transfer itself is more than 14 days old. |
Cash Received |
Date cash received. |
Expired |
Date any transfers have expired |
Completed |
Date completed. |
It is important to note that the new MI Event Dates may take a while to be collected for all transfers, particularly for historic transfers, but it is hoped that this new MI data will be far more accurate and informative for all new transfers loaded.
Should you have any questions on how to view the MI or have any feedback on the enhanced MI itself, please feel free to raise a Freshdesk ticket and our Customer Service Team will be in touch.
